I confess, one week before graduation, another person (you know who you are!) and I set off an M-80 in the downstairs bathroom and blew the TP holder off the side of the stall. The birthday candle fuse delay failed, so we just lit the fuse and ran. Knowing we'd been seen, and knowing there would be a $25 reward for our capture, we turned ourselves in to Mr. Condie, to plead for mercy. He let us off, if we promised to tell our parents. We "forgot" to tell. Dang, that candle!
